The glass take down came out sweet, about 46 pounds at 28". Thanks so much Dave for your expertise... Denny's draw is 29 so it will be about 48 pounds for him. That's plenty for an ole man..
But we all had fun making bows on a February day in SW Pa.. Glass, wood, no big deal, it's just the good times with guys making bows that counts. And we put a hurting on two giant pizzas and a few cold beverages...
Video below is Dave mounting one limb while Denny grinds out the second limb, Trapper Rob prepping a piece of Boo for a tri lam and Joe applying the final sanding on his boo backed tri lam... All I did was run the camera, give advice, eat, drink Ice Tea, and go up to the house and let the ole dog out to pee!
