Yumi Makers?

Does anyone here make or know someone that makes Yumi bows? (traditional samurai bows) I would really like to learn to make one and there is very limited information online about them.

Jaap Koppedrayer is The Man outside of Japan when it comes to Yumi.  Check out his 9 part YouTube series on building a Yumi to get an idea of what he does.  IIRC he offers build-it classes at least once a year.
