Just wondering what you all think is the minimum safe arrow weight per pound of draw for a wood bow.
I just wanna know what you think will and will not make a wood bow explode.
Thanks

I dont know. Of all the limits I've pushed in regards to my bows, arrow weights hasn't been one of them. I don't flight shoot or anything, hunt only, and I like moderately heavy wooden arrows 9-11 gpp. I'm out.

50 pounds at your draw length should shoot 450-500 grain arrows. cut to 2 inches more than your draw length.

You could go as low as 6 -7 ggp and the bow will be ok. Go lower and it will start feeling 'harsh'.
