Building a riser for my extra limbs
« on: January 05, 2015, 05:51:00 PM »
I have a Predator takedown and two sets of limbs. I have been toying with the idea of making a "B" riser for my heavy limbs and wondered if anyone has done one. My plan is to add 1 1/2 inches to the sight window and 1 1/2 to te area under the grip for 3 extra inches total. May keep limb pad angles the same or adjust by 3 to 5 degrees to preload the limbs a bit to prevent loss of poundage. Also what woods are the strongest as these are 70# limbs...........
Bowhunting is "KILL and EAT" not "Catch and Release".....Semper Fi!
