We are like 3months past the deadline on a 6 month swap. We are closer to the 2016 sign up than the 2015 deadline lol.

I dunno if that's funny or not, Bennny..

I could have used the bow earlier for recovery, but I'm back up to last year's bow now.  God willing I'm bringing home meat tomorrow.

I brought home mushrooms.  My wife's miniature Dachshund decided to hunt with me and chased every creature I sighted, including a NICE 13 point.  I nearly shot the dog.

Well I'm sure it wouldn't have been a trophy, but I bet dachshund is tasty. I'm obviously kidding. At least you got some time in the woods and saw some action!

Critter that's how every one of these bow swaps goes, every one. My suggestion is to do two man swaps with people you want to build a bow for and want a bow from. I'll never touch another swap on any web site ever.

Yes it seems there is always a problem with a few folks. I can understand unforeseen problems arising. But then again, sometimes I can't understand the problem. So I don't join in anymore either, but I read the thread and pray everyone gets a bow.

I'm starting to feel this way too. I don't mind giving bows away for nothing, so it's not about that, but it also chaps my a$$ that people just bail, especially after receiving.

I might just go to one on one swaps as pearl said.

Starting to feel the same way too.  I can still build bows, though I'm not as handy as I was pre-stroke.  But I finished mine after the stroke and shipped-I have trouble understanding how anyone's issues (save illness or family deaths, those are different) would prevent them from finishing.

I'm just gonna save up and buy a bow.  I can't shoot thumb any more and my bows here aren't good in the cold.  If I get a swap bow it'll be a bonus.

This year was my first time doing a swap and I am leaning this way myself. If anyone is interested in a one on one swap I am up for it.
