Hey guess what!  as I rolled into the driveway this evening I saw a long tube on my front porch! Inside was a beautiful price of craftsmanship from Kiwi Craig!  Unfortunately it's been raining all afternoon so I will have to post some pics tomorrow! Thank you Craig! Pics and more tomorrow!!!

Ok, I'm back. sorry it took so long. I snapped a few pics before I headed out hunting this afternoon. Craig did a great job on this bow. The string that's on it is to long. The one that came with it came untwisted when I strung it up so I used one I had to take pics. I'll twist up a new one tomorrow.     [/URL[URL=http://s324.photobucket.com/user/crittergetter76/media/Mobile%20Uploads/2015-11/00D39DB9-FA9F-496A-B723-F387C4B1B2C9_zpsvtgn1ysc.jpg.html]
This bow is super light and I love the handle. Fits good in my hand.. Craig, what are the woods? Love them veneers!  Awesome job and a big THANK YOU!

Do we know who was to receive the bow the dropout was making?  We're down to the wire and if necessary I can make a new one so everyone will get one.

Hi Crittergetter
All the timbers in your bow are recycled from building or demolition sites that I visit for work. The darker speckled wood is Rewarewa and the lighter wood is Tawa both are Native to New Zealand.
Cheers Craig
