Had a fire call and training last night so didn't get the new string twisted up. Not happy with the previous one. Will twist it up this afternoon, snap some photo's and put it in the tube. I'm real happy with how this turned out after several failed bows.

Ok it seems I will need someone to step up and help out. Eagleone has dropped off the planet. I had a PM saying he was about ready to ship back in july and nothing since he has not read any of my PMs. I am concerned something has happened to him but none the less I need a bow for someone.

Shoot me a PM and I will draw names if I get more then one say by Monday. I will shoot the specs out to the winner.

Thanks ahead of time for the help.

Well here you go boys, teasers for those who are still waiting.

First bow I have tillered with the limb timimg method, very happy with it. I feel this is the best bow I have produced and am happy to send it on. It will go in the mail in the morning.

I would throw my name in the hat Kelly but as we can see it has taken me nearly 11 months to do one bow, not sure I would be a good candidate for covering someone else. Thanks to the guys who can step up and offer a bow. I may be late but my guy will always get a bow at the end of the day.

Swap bow out of the oven. Practice bow is tillered and shooting about 2# heavy. Just needs final sanding, so perfect. Green back with clear over yew belly looks awesome. Will try to find time to take pics. I know no one here believes anything without them. Hosting early turkey dinner tonight, so progress ends here for the day.

Did get down to the shop for a bit after guests left last night and dishes were done. Pulled swap bow out of the form and got it profiled on the bandsaw.

Found the camera batteries in my sock drawer and took a couple of pics. Practice bow on the right, swap on the left:

Warning: progress will be close to or at zero for the next two weeks, so I hope that ******* can continue his patience streak.

That is amazing! With a 33% chance of it being my bow all I can say is take your time and send it my way when you get her done.
