For me it's usually my better half and her priorities that are always getting in the way. Work I can manage and plan for a little better. Heck, the more hours I put in at work, the more I want to spend time in the bow shop!

Ya Dave, me too.  Usually I would take the bow horse along and and finish it in the evenings.  Unfortunately, I have to turn over the first 164 rooms of a motel project in Yellowstone National Park by 8/1 and another 85 rooms by 8/8.  I roughed this bow out here in YNP after work but the Rangers suggested I not put a string on it in the park, thus the final stages need be done at home.

The broadhead used, regardless of how sharp, is nowhere as important as being able to place it in the correct spot.

Ok I am sure I want make the ship dead line, but I am putting on skins tonight. Then tru oil over the next few and hope to ship early next week if I can get a tube. But here is a Full draw.

Mine is finished just have to get it packaged and shipped. I have also received my swap bow but the handle popped off of it while I was taking it out for a test drive. I haven't had the time to try and fix it.  If I get it fixed I will post pics of it.

OH and here is my up date.

   

 

A nice rat snak skin. I will get it trimmed up today and maybe even get floppy rest and handle on her today. then work on tru oil finsh over the weekend so I should be shipping next week.

I went to the post office today before I went to work and I had a package waiting for me from Turkey. Thanks Inksoup hopefully I will get a chance to shoot her in a couple days when I get some time to test her out.
