Thanks Roybert. The grip is just a shoot-in grip, taped on! Overlays are pre-civil war Steiner ivory piano keys.

You keep saying that Roy, but when was the last time you went anywhere? If Wayne hears you've travelled more than 10 miles from home some day, he might start to get scared and shape up. Then again, maybe not...

Never got those risers glued up, but I did spray some stuff with high gloss Krystal out of my new gun. Much better than the last time I tried it, the previous tip was too small. Still didn't lay down quite perfect as I had trouble getting the shop above 60 degrees. But overall I really like that stuff. Time to put it on my own bow so I can see how it handles serious abuse.

That would be another inexcusable use of materials. Heartbroken here. Saw a pre civil war Steiner for $35,000 fully restored ....

It is a really nice bow, and I am highly envious of your ivory source though

Benny the piano, I'm told, was junk. The keys where a gift, I wasn't the actual scavenger. I question how long they might last, they are very brittle. Easy enough to replace in any event.
