Frank has been working a bunch of over time at his real job....Shell's still trying to get healthy and is working her fingers to the bone trying to catch up with back orders.
With so many of us I know they get bombarded with PMs and e-mails daily. They try to answer every one but I think they run out of hours in the day......don't give up. Any thing from them is worth the wait.

I emailed them just the other day, and got a response right away. They must just be backed up.

Frank and Shell are awesome people!! Give it time they will get back to you. Like said above they work really hard to accomodate all of us and a lot of the time ask nothing in return!!

Hi Frank,
I would love to have a set myself. When you get a chance and get to feeling better, please email me.
Thanks
