Bow for my nephew or me? I have decided
« on: April 16, 2015, 04:38:00 PM »
I just finished this.  Haven't decided if it's for my nephew or for me.  I am leaning towards me and maybe make a longbow for him.  Riser pauferro with shedua accent.  Limbs red elm.  62" 45# @ 29".  Tried to get about 3/8" more forward riser than I normally had in the past.  The clear glass has absolutely no defects in it.

That's just a super classy bow. Those red elm veneers are really beautiful without being flashy.

Nice. Maybe you can have him over for a shoot off to see who will own it.
