Always made take downs, time for a one piece. Step 1 enlarge oven.
Step 2 design a nice shallow profile longbow
Step 3 come up with a stack, back .040 black glass, .020 carbon, .060 parallel amber boo, .060 parallel amber boo, .090 tapered (.002) amber boo, .030 bocote venier, .043 clear glass.
Step 4 pick out some riser wood, wenge with bocote accent
Lastly braced and full draw profile.
Bow shoots very nice, no hand shock, smooth as warm butter, speed probably not fast enough but arrow beats me to the target. I am satisfied for my first design.
