anyone have way of replacing broken plastic glued on nock on wooden cedar arrows ?

Heat the nock in boiling hot water or with a heat gun and twist it off with pliers. But be careful if you use a heat gun so as to not burn the shaft.

Sure thing. And if ever your nocks are too tight or too loose, boil them in water then adjust them.
