Hard to articulate my thoughts from this evening. Been playing around building bows for a few years now, but always went back to my "professional" built rig for hunting. I committed this year to hunting with one of "mine" which is actually a Kenny M design 62". First opportunity came tonight and I was fortunate in making a good clean shot. Watched her fall in sight in a matter of seconds. My first trad kill 25 years ago was a rush, and each one since has been special in their own way. Not to diminish any of those experiences, but there is something special about taking one with a bow you built. My wife just looks at me and nods, so I just had to share with some of you who I know will understand. Thanks to everyone here for the knowledge you all share freely, the encouragement you give and for listening!
