I'am removing more wood than I usually do so I made the templates.
Pencil lines don't show up on dark wood and masking tape clogs up the robo sander.

I finished the tips last night black phenolic and Koa, and did more sanding on the riser
   

I been sanding all morning 220 and 320 on the glass.
I'am going to use Al Dean's 2 ton epoxy and Acetone, It's a slow drying epoxy (Gloss)
To hang the bow for spraying I drill a 1/8" hole and SG a 1/8" dowel at the arrow rest where leather will cover it up.
 It's about 30 degrees out but my bow room is warm and 35 % humidity.
