rule of thumb on limbs and wgt.

I use to know but what is the rule on length of limbs and riser increase or decrease of wgt @28".
for instance I have some longbow limbs 46@28"62" will be putting them on a 60" longbow would the change be in the 6lb. range.Thanks Kip

That would be 60" with a 15" riser as opposed to a 19" riser.Thanks Kip

That would be 4" shorter for a 58" bow, and would likely increase draw weight by 10-12lbs. Assuming the limb pad angles remain the same, and you're not creating a limb tip string angle of more than 90* causing the limbs to stack. Generally speaking, 1" off of each limb will increase draw weight by about 5lbs.
Plant a fruit or nut tree today, and have good hunting tomorrow.
