Glued on my overlay and tip overlays today. I'll post pic once I sand extra epoxy off. Want to see if my math was right or if the poundage is way out to lunch.

Well at least this time Roy had his walmart vest on in that one.
Man I like cherry bark my self. I have snake backed bows but Cherry that is rare and looks great.
But any snake looks good on Osage. From black snake to boa.
I think my favorite is corn then bull on it though. The lighter colors really pop on that orange wood. Copperheads are just to short most of the time.

Thats great. Things seem to be moving faster this year.
I better get my butt in gear. Got my woods picked out, and my lams ground, so i guess it wont be long now.

Getting ready to put tip overlays on the osage bow that I've been working on. Will be trying black mesquite to see how that looks. If I don't like it I'll grind off and use some bocote or cocco.
