Need help on hill riser dimensions and lam stack order

I'm thinking of making a reverse handle hill style longbow. What do you guys think?

Draw length and weight would be a good start.

I have a 26.5 draw length. Looking to be around 60lb mark. I wanting a 62"-64" bow.

that forward mount longbow I posted recently was 66'' and 55# at 28'' so would give you what your looking for at 64'' and shorter draw. The stack etc, was listed with it.
