Know what you mean on wife, mine has been following me around determined to keep me from lifting anything. That just means that she gets to help do things like moving the sander or lifting the bow form. Finally some help building! Lol

Yeah but the ordeal has neen harder on her than me so I'm cutting her plenty of slack and thankful for her care. I want to be sure she knows she is appreciated.

Good choice on the riser wood with the green glass! The bow is looking good.

Didn't do much on the bow today, had grand youngens, Dr appointments, and Church. Just served the string and made some wool fuzzies for it. I'm down to the fine sanding now. I was not smart enough when I ordered the glass from Big Jim to see that I was out of phenolic for overlays and tips so another order is in and I get to pay shipping again, I'm so smart!

That is a beauty! I was surprised as to how many people that have held my latest green glass bow - have now requested a green glass bow for themselves.

A friend came by today so the bow got drawn for the first time. He guessed it to be 48lb, was shooting for 45, may be close once the final sanding is done.

Slowly making progress, still more sanding, spraying, and maybe even shooting. If doc gives okay.

Thanks guys. I knew you would come around and defend yourself sooner or later Kenny, it just took a title like "Another green bow" to lure you in.

Me too Kenny, me too, but my pocket book insisted that I build cheap or wait. I don't know how to wait! Began applying some finish today. It could have used a little more fine sanding but since I build them for me and not for show or sale I proceeded. Besides; it's green anyhow! Ain't much a feller can do.
