« on: June 06, 2016, 08:46:00 PM »
This is the first one off the form
This design comes from Brent Rudolph's Static Recurves
56" NTN
30#@28
Macassar Ebony riser
Action cane Cores

I used black dye at the nodes and the tips
Red glass overlay on the riser

Some red paint on the belly (black glass)

It has 8" of reflex

Braced--Red and Black FF 6 strands

Great looking bow!  How much taper did you use in it?

Nice bow it looks like its on fire.  To short for this cowboy I'm using a 60" 45# recurve and its to short. Probably get at least a 62" or 64" down the road.

Cool design. One like this is on my books.
What the arrow speed like? Any stability 'issues'?

Numbers please. Wild fast looking, great job.

Have any full draw pics?  How far will it draw before it starts stacking?

Looks really cool! Do you use a rubber pad style stringer?

I like it.  The finish is just a little outside the box and really sets it apart.

Mikkekeswick--No stability issues
Chackworth3--Got the full draw
robertfishes--I like a leather, as I'am string the leather slides closer to the nock
benbow--DFC

285 grain arrow 184fps @27"
This is the 28" draw
I am not really setup to do a drawforce, but I have holes every inch down the tree. I move a pin every inch and pull down to it.
Look at 21"-22" the statics show the bow getting longer.

This is the 30" draw

Thanks guy,s
