Well, I'm now in Missouri. We hope to be negotiating in a new farm tomorrow. If things go as I have planned we hope to have the final price confirmed by the end of the meeting.

Can't say how long it will be before closing, but I can say once we close I will have to build a new shop. The place we are trying to buy doesn't even have a building I could convert.

Sorry for the bad new on down time, but I have to keep the better half happy.

Talked with current owner of the property we are trying to buy yesterday. He told me he has deer and turkey in his backyard all the time.
