I gotta come down there sometime and give piggies a try.  Just cant bring myself to do it on a "reserve" up here in the frozen tundra.

Bloodyarrow, I think most of this is night time sign. Slipping those swamps on foot is my passion as far as hunting goes.Regardless more than a couple of pigs are doing this. RC

Yep Ray, A lot of rain recent and a boomer water oak crop this past year has got these southern pigs in good shape. every one I`ve seen since the new year has been slick and fat.Should be some very good spring time pig hunting this year.

Now I know that hog hunting is fun, but they are becoming a deal even in Iowa.  I hope the hunters in southern Iowa do their best to shoot every one they can and have fun doing it, and then shoot another.  I don't want them in my woods. I hear the little ones are better eating.  So if I go along with the guys this year I will shoot two little ones and call it one big one.

Lewis, you're right, that's not where I was telling you.  If it is, it is at a different time.  RC, when y'all going to Horse Creek?  I may have to come see the inlaws in Hazlehurst.
