Yew american longbow 58#@29"
« on: September 07, 2016, 01:25:00 PM »
Here is a longbow I finished up a couple weeks ago for a customer back east. It is 68" nock to nock, and 58#@29" draw. It has some character too.

Beautiful on all counts; the wood, tiller, and workmanship.
Your customer should be one happy camper.
It's hard to make a wooden bow which isn't beautiful, even if it's ugly.

I thought it was a melted pvc bow at first, because of the dimples and smooth finish. Very nice
