I'am going back to the original design and starting over.
1 piece bow, small handle (riser) more like a selfbow handle.

Glued some r/d longbow riser parts. And later glued on mycarta tip overlays.

Yeah, they are quite handy for this riser part and riser overlay gluing.

At first I was doing this with regular clamps and had many problems with parts sliding around, now it is much more precise, faster and easier.

Cut and ground lams for 2 bows, laminated a riser, made 2 new jigs for risers,  profiled a riser, glued up a set of limbs, and spliced lams for a one piece.
Wheewwwww!!!! Long day !

Revamped my 54" form a little. Took a little deflex out and softened the  transition between the limb contours.
