What grits do bowyers use for sanding lams down to desired thicknesses?

36 to 60.

I usually run 50, the 36 will show sanding marks thru glass in some veneers.

I always use 60, but I only make all wood bows. I do know some guys use 36.

Maxi you are right about one thing.

2 old farts.. LOL
