Any info on building ILF limbs?

Hi, is there any good info on the web or this site for building ILF limbs?  How to attach the hardware and what not?  I'm pretty new to this, but really like my ILF bows and would like to try building my own limbs.  Also, where can I buy the ILF hardware...both for the limbs and the riser hardware?  I'm having trouble finding it.  Thanks, Sam
