Everything I’m seeing is looking great!
I’ve got mine roughed out and ready to start bending with the long string. I’ve still gotta do a bit of cleanup, but the floor tiller from the roughed out tapers look and feel good. I should be able to hit above 50# with it without having to heat treat and pike. Though I’ll have those options if necessary. It’s sapwood backed Osage 72” t2t and 7/8” wide at the handle for 10” each way from center then tapering to 3/8” tips. Also nice tight rings at 32 per inch. I’ve got as much out of this stave as it would give I think.
Righ now I’m debating. Victorian era horn nocks, or Viking style single side nock with 2” bracing levers?
I’m leaning towards the Viking style nock. Though the handle will be wrapped in some old eleph leather to fill out the grip more, as it already feels tiny in the hand. But still floor tillera like it’s still pushing 70#
I’ll put up some pics as soon as I figure out how to post from imgur as the picture and not just the link.

Kyle, when in IMGUR copy the bottom link on the right sight, then you can paste it directly in to your Tradgang, text input box when you are typing your reply. You can even do that from your "Quick Reply" box.

Thanks for the advise skeaterbait. For some reason I can’t get that code to pop up with my phone, just the option to copy link. I even tried searching for how to from an iPhone. So I guess for now links will have to do. It’s supposed to be a long click will bring up that code . But it didn’t. So here’s what I’ve got going on.

Doesn't work for me with the phone either.  Works great on the desktop though.

It's the reason I don't post many pictures lately.  On sites that allow direct upload of pictures it's easy to take a pic with the phone, resize it on the phone and upload directly to the site.

TG will be going there soon!   :clapper:

First for me , 5 wood lams , hope it don't turn out over 35# with the extra lam.  :D
Stay sharp, Kenny.

Try this.....
Search    M.imgur.com
This should get you the desktop version to access the bbcode.
When it gives you the option, DO NOT open in apps!!!

You can use the app to upload. Then use  the desktop version to copy links.

Got the profile cut out and got her bending purty good...  She is just rough sanded and needs to be tillered... I have got a light week for work so I plan on gluing up over-lays, tillering and shaping the riser this week...

I need to get some pics up, spent the better part of yesterday afternoon tillering bow. Coming along nice! I am having a tough time uploading pictures from my google pics. Any pointers or do I need to use another format?

Looking good guys... I'm feeling the pressure watching some of you progress so fast.

Got my lams grinded and bamboo profiled.  I just need to get my riser figured out and I'll be ready for glue up.
