Ken did you mix the ea40 1to1 and then the acetone to ea40 1to 1

Yep, roughly. LOL Ea40 mixed 1/1 and then rough guess on acetone to make liquid enough to apply. Wiped on with fingers and a latex glove. Let dry a day or 2 and sanded. Loved it!

CA works but makes my eyes feel like they have sand in em...

First time I tried doing it in the garage. I learned real quick to do it outside with a nice breeze.

It sure does. I keep a small desk fan across the bench when I'm using CA to blow the fumes away.

Looks like it's bending nicely. What is the riser wood?

Got some work done on the trade bow form today. Unfortunately it's going to rain in the "shop" tomorrow.

My crappy router does a poor job of it but it's going to tune up ok..... I hope.

I don't know what I was doing wrong there. Double posted one picture and couldn't fix it so I edited them out and put them in a separate post. Don't know what happened to the boo boo pic.

Riser wood is Santos Rosewood with a Maple accent.

Thanks everyone, I can't wait to get home and shape the handle for the Saturday 3D plink. Perfect way to shoot it in!

It's snowing here. Seventy degrees yesterday and 28 with snow today. So, I made a run to my local veneer guy and picked these up. Three silky Australian walnut and one curly etimoe.

I'll probably incorporate some of this into the swap bow. Any opinions on what which would look good with Myrtle?
