Black Widow bows webpage

Hy im haveing problem connecting to   Black Widow  webpage.
I didnt had simlar problems before. Error wich i recive is:

Forbidden
You are not permitted to access the remote system.
If this is an error, then you should contact your security gateway administrator.
 I have static IP.

i just checked, no problem connecting to the bw site - you could be filtered from accessing it.

Thank you Rob. I contacted my internet provider and we found the problem. It was firewalled in my ruter. Thanks again
