Can't log in with my phone

I can't log in with my phone but I can with my iPad. Every time I try to use my phone to log in, I get a message saying the site has no one registered with my log in name. However I have no trouble logging in with my iPad. Thanks

paul, as we spoke about before - smartphones aren't so smart when it comes to the internet.

for others to help you out, you need to specify ...
  • what smartphone brand and model
  • what internet browser
  • what wireless carrier
