login issue

I can login fine on my computer and on my Android phone with no problems.
However I have a new Android tablet and if I Attemp to login it says "no such account".
Be warned I am not super computer smart but would appreciate any help. Thanks

unless you didn't properly manually type in yer login and password (don't do copy and paste), i can't help ya, sorry.  

unlike "real" computers, smartphones and tablets and ipads use both proprietary operating systems and browsers, and in every instance i've seen with problems like yours, it was those items that caused issues.  at the very least, dump your browser's cache and try logging in again.
