Merriams Gobbler
« on: April 18, 2010, 08:44:00 PM »
Season opened the 15th and Saturday the 17th I connected with this nice Merriams gobbler. Called using a box call and a wingbone.  Shot taken at about 6 paces from a blind.

I'm pretty happy with the DAS/Dalaa, offers a lot of flexability.

Very nice.  I like the beards hanging from the quiver.

It's been my great pleasure to hunt turkeys the last two springs in Wyoming in the Black Hills area. What beautiful country. Congratulations on your trophy.
