Very Nice. Good Pix too! Congrats
It's really simple. Just don't take those borderline shots. Tomorrow is another day.

Sorry couldent get the story up sooner this is the first chance i had. Friday morning i got in the stand an hour before light. At first lite i spotted a buck a tall tined 8 point. He stayed out at 40 yards and never presented a shot.Once he walked out of site around 945 i climbed down and grabbed some lunch. For some reason i went 2 a new spot 150 yards from where i seen the first buck. I got settled in around 1220. Right off the bat i seen a good buck working a field edge looking for does. At 425 I had closed my eyes for a minute and then snap. I poped my head up and there he is 20 yards. He started 2 walk away. For a minute i thought i was going 2 get my shot at 25 yards then he stopped. Turned around and walked back in 2 15 yards. My heart was pounding at this point. I came 2 full draw picked a spot and watched my arrow drive up 2 the fletchings. He took 5 hops and dropped.I had shot the largest buck of my life.
