One heck of a shot Skylar and before anyone asks, English Sparrows are not a protected song bird and are considered an invasive species. There was even a bounty on them at one time.

Shoot as many of both of those as you can Skyler. They don't belong here and are only here because someone with more money than brains longed for a wee bit of England Stateside.

Good shooting Skyler.
How do you cook those?
If you can cook those like you can your hogs, you better get a few more!

:clapper:    :clapper:    :clapper:  I remember getting my first one on the wing....way...way...back then.
The broadhead used, regardless of how sharp, is nowhere as important as being able to place it in the correct spot.

Nice shot!  I have fun flingin' arrows at the greckles (sp?) around here myself.  A wad of those birds can really make a mess on the wife's car, and they seem to like to hang around our place b/c of all the cows.  I miss more than I hit though!  Need to take some lessons from you it looks like.

“instinctive archery” is more like playing the violin. Without practice you may remember the mechanics, but you will not be a virtuoso.
