3 months on Kauai
« on: April 24, 2011, 10:04:00 PM »
well I've been on the beautiful island of kauai for the last three months.  Too many stories to try to write them all up so I'll just toss up some pic's.  I hope you enjoy.  I shot everything with my 58# Predator recurve, gold tip shafts, and magnus I's & II's.

Thanks for all the comments guys!!

Dogboy your right, this place is rough on arrows.

a few more details for those interested:  all but 2 of the goats were shot on the napali coast on 1-2 night backpack trips.  I got the pig out there on the coast as well.  The other two goats are from waimea canyon.  It's all rugged country, but an absolute blast to hunt.

I'm here for another week and will be doing my best to get another pig.
