ga pig
« on: October 09, 2011, 10:49:00 PM »
My uncles and i hit the local WMA this evening, and i managed to get on a nice group of pigs. I'm not sure how many there were, at least a dozen though. i shot this boar in the creek bed and when i did all hell broke loose, pigs went everywhere. My pig never made it out of the creek, went maybe 20yds and piled up for good. he weighed 78lbs field dressed, and i shot him with a 53# longbow that i made, a carbon express heritage 150 with a 100grn brass insert and an old bear greenie w/bleeders installed and a 50grn adapter

Nice pig!  That's how to get it done, and with a bow of your own making!    :clapper:
