Georgia doe
« on: November 22, 2011, 10:09:00 PM »
Sunday evening right before dark, i was able to finally get a shot at this girl.  i was 18 feet up and she was only about 10 yards from the base of my tree.  i got lungs on the entrance and heart on the exit.  The 180 grain Silverflame stuck in the opposite leg right above the elbow and finally fell out about 50 yards away.  i was using a lumenock for the first time and forgot i had it on.  That was pretty cool to watch the flight of my arrow go exactly where i was looking.  She made it about 75 yards leaving a blood trail a blind man could follow and promptly died in a creek about 5 feet deep. i had a blast getting her out though!
Thanks for looking! Pics were taken by my I-phone so they aren't the best in the world.

Excellent
For God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, no longer counting people’s sins against them. And he gave us this wonderful message of reconciliation.

With a snout like that she must have been good and mature, nice job. Them mature girls can be cagier than the boys. They have to watch out for predators and horny bucks.
