Spring and LIFE highlight-1st Trad kill
« on: May 02, 2012, 12:54:00 PM »
I posted in the Pow-Wow the whole story of my recent and 1st Traditional kill (long story over there) but I am telling whoever will listen that I DID IT WITH TRAD GEAR.  I heart shot this bird on Saturday, April 28, 2012.

10 1/4" beard, 1 1/8" spurs, 24 lbs.

Next goal, harvest a whitetail with my longbow!
Best of Luck!

       Way to go sir!  Try to go back and resize your picture to 640 x 480 so it doesn't get pulled.

rastaman--Yup, went back and re-sized the pic so "No yankin' me picture, eh!!"

It is QUITE a thrill to harvest with a longbow.  I have been in the clouds for quite a few days since and am enjoying it a whole lot!

Thanks,
TomBOw
Best of Luck!
