First longbow harvest
« on: September 15, 2012, 02:05:00 PM »
Bought my first longbow here a few months ago. Been practicing every chance I can. Being a husband, father of an almost 2 year old and working an average of 18 hours o.t. a week doesn't leave much time for anything as many of you know. Took this doe at 20 yards with my Leon Stewart lil slammer and Grizzly broadheads.

Nice looking doe, congrats!!  Looks like you don't need long sleeves for camo if it hot.
The season gave him perfect mornings, hunter's moons and fields of freedom found only by walking them with a predator's stride.
