I hope this isn't a really dumb question. LOL (don't ya love the ones that start that way.
)
I have a long draw length 30-30.5" to the riser on most of my bows, and not coincidentally the shortest bow I have owned is 60", with my go to a 62" recurve.
I have an antelope trip planned for next season as well as some turkey hunting to do out of ground blinds so I just tonight traded "Crash" for a nice Morrison Shawnee A riser, B limb recurve 50# @ 28".........that makes a 56" bow.
I don't have any experience with the shorties and just had this sudden vision of damaging the limbs taking them back to my draw length. :confused:
I know Bob recommends 27" as the maximum "comfortable" draw length for that combo of limbs and riser.........so I expect some stacking at 30" but can I possibly do any damage to such a well crafted FF compatible limb set?
Just stressing here.
