Yep...that actually makes sense Terry...gonna spend a bit of practice time tomorrow before I head out working on quickly released shots with solid form...that is the sort of shot I am most likely to get right now

Dave....have no fear of hunting from the ground...plenty of animals are killed that way.  I've had my share.  Best of luck to ya.

No surprises here.  You taught us, perfect form double anchor matters not how much you can't.  Congratulations, Mr. Terry.

Congrats Terry!  8 yards from impact, what did you hit... the "Off" switch???  ;)   Great shot bud...

Looks like a pretty standard shot in Texas from a tree stand!  ;)

With this being my first year of trad hunting and hunting from a blind. That was no easy task you did! My buddy and I had 8 days on a quota hunt here in Florida and I saw deer and turkey on every sit. Had a doe hear my elbow pop at 8 yards and quite a few bust me for movement. Had a nice 6 point at 10 yards and couldn't close the deal! Getting ALOT of experience though.

Congrats on the deer!     :clapper:

Are you going to try to top that shot on a bear?

Way cool!  Congrats!
