Idaho rabbit hunt

Hi all. I was wondering if any Idahoans on the site would be interested in bustin a few bunnies in January? I dont know many traditional archers, and it would be fun to get out and cure the winter time blues. Any takers?

SW Idaho is only a couple of hours from SLC isn't it?
Might work out.

Does anyone know the guy that wrote the article in TBM about rabbits this month? He is in N. Idaho somewhere.

I'm in Meridian. Let me know what you have in mind. I have a few Saturdays tied up this month but most of my time is free.

Rob,
I don't know him but his name is familiar and I think I'm connecting it to archery many years ago. Could be I'm confusing him with someone else cause I'm old. You might try contacting him through TBM.
I'm planning to get out after some hares, we lost all our snow up to 4000' and there is a lot of ice.
Ralph, If you are living in Meridian and most of your time is free am I reading retirement between the lines?

Ralph,
Meridian rather then McCall, I don’t know about that, it appears you are going in the wrong direction, that is like moving to a big city.

I'm checking in with you guys from Idaho.
Can any of you tell me what part of the state has the best antelope hunting. I would appreciate any contact at all; guided, semi-guided, DIY.
I know about the best states, but I would like Idaho. Some states like Arizona require long life times of waiting for a tag.

Dan, check in with some of the Idaho Traditional Bowhunters. Seems they used to have rabbit hunts over there evey year. Jeff Fealko is the president.

Dan,
February 1st would work for me. I don't know much about the rabbit population in the area. Snowshoe or flat land will work for me.
Walt,
I'll have to tell you all about it someday...
Chad,
Not quite retired. Soon...
