First Piglet
« on: February 09, 2016, 08:22:00 PM »
Managed to shoot this tender little boar In GA.  It's my first pig. Even though he was small, it felt big in my head after not killing with my bow in some time.

Ha, they certainly do not stand still, even for a  second.  I drew no less than 8 times before I shot at this one scurrying across at about 20 yards.

The big ones took off as soon as I turned on the light. I figured after 3 days and this being the first encounter a pig in hand....

big pigs have a much larger kill zone.  It takes more skill to do what you just did!  :)
