Bill took a nice bobcat at the Dead Horse ranch yesterday. Word has it he's been putting a hurtin' on the swine population with Irv, too!

Hey Jim,

I will be telling all my hunters to purchase a small game license, as I believe the cat season is Dec 1 thru Mar 1.

Is that correct?

With that license one is also able to also take otter, squirrel, rabbit, armadillo, possum,... might have forgotten some small game...in their respective seasons, with the appropriate weapon.

Be sure to read the regs, don't quote me for sure, but there is enough other small game here to keep yer shootin' eye sharp.

Come visit Jim or I and have some fun.

I checked the regs:
Bobcat ends March 31
Otter March 1
Squirrel March 6

Rabbit, armadillo, raccoon(Irv's favorite:), and hogs are all OPEN year round.

I have a stand that I could almost guarantee a shot at an otter. The Pines stand is a natural crossing for them all day long. Good chance at a bobcat and of course hogs, too.
