Arizona Mule Deer with a Juniper Selfbow & Douglas Fir Arrows
« on: November 27, 2016, 11:29:00 PM »

I built this #60 juniper selfbow about two years ago with some good help and tips from Tradgangers, spent a lot of days out hunting with it this year, and I finally connected on this nice little 4x4 muley at 18 yards with douglas fir arrows and grizzly broadheads.

Great work. Its not easy in AZ.

I agree with Alvey...great accomplishment with a self bow and the fact you bring the deer into the kitchen!

I thought of some horror movie scene with the deer in the kitchen, all that was need was a vat of acid   :scared:    :bigsmyl:

Congrats on a nice buck!
