Texas Trad Buck
« on: October 31, 2017, 12:09:00 PM »
Finally got it done! The trophy trad kill. Despite dozens of cam pictures over the last several weeks, Big Forks had eluded me over the course of several sits in the past two weeks. Alas, that all changed Sunday evening, with just a few minutes of daylight left when he mistakenly walked under the Oak I was perched in and I poignantly placed an arrow in his shoulder. Dropped him with a spine shot, and finished him off with one to the pump station. Biggest deer of my life!

I now will turn my focus to harvesting a free ranging Nilgai along the vast coastal plains of the Laguna Atascosa... Stay tuned!

Cheers!

That bow sure looks familiar. Did you buy it from TBH?

I think I liked you better when you were fat and shot deer with guns. Now I'm jealous of you. Congrats, trad brother.

KillerBee,

When I graduated A&M with a 2.5 my parents rewarded my mediocrity and had this bow built by Widow.
