Barry, glad you had a good hunt...Hein is the best IMO. I wish I would have asked him to sit with me more. The 1st trip was a little difficult judging heads.

My wife allows me to display a few of my big game conquests.  All bowkills, about half are longbow kills.  This is in my basement with a 10 foot ceiling.  The pool table is sort of a trophy itself, a 12 ft snooker table with Portugese slate made by the Samuel May company in Toronto Canada, which was bought out by Brunswick in 1905.  Table is probably 115-120 years old.  I drove to Calgary Alberta in the middle of a midwinter blizzard to get a pair of these tables, one for me and one for my son.

MS,

Did you spot and stalk the bass or use a tree stand?

Mitch,

Baiting for the fish, artificial...  The fish was actually caught by my son when he was fishing a farm pond with my dad, just before my dad passed away.

I'll have my first addition when mine is done getting mounted. I'm having Whitebuffalo do it and his work is really good!
I have a couple small racks that I want to get wall plaques for, and then I'm taking up my spot(or the spot the wife gave me,LOL!) in the living room.
Just one more step please!

Nice room Doc! I've got 10 1/2 foot ceilings in my basement and hope it looks just like yours someday if I ever get it finished. For now heads hanging on the studs, not real pretty. NICE AVATAR! That heart looks familiar. You need to have it pedestal mounted!

I'm still learning my new cam, so I thought this would be good practice.
Doesn't compare to Missouri Sherpa, and it's kinda scattered thru my home.
