It is a shoot to honor tim.   $15 each to enter—- 25 3D targets. 2 arrow shoot registration at 8, shoot starts at 9
East of Carson on Hwy 50, turn left at Store Wise building.

This is a rocky range.  a guy picking up raffle items told us trad guys were setting it up so not to expect the 50-60 yard shots

Tell Tim I said HI  :wavey:
We live in the present, we dream of the future, but we learn eternal truths from the past
When you were born, you cried and the world rejoiced. Live your life so that when you die, the world cries and you rejoice.
Life is like a wet sponge, you gotta squeeze it until you get every drop it has to offer

I really wish I could.  I have my dad's old bow from the 1960's.  Fred Anderson told me he thought Mr. Meigs may have made the bow at Radke' s.  I would have loved to ask him about it.

Several years back I was at the Traditional Archery Expo in Ontario Oregon with my 2 young daughters. On the first morning of the expo, we went into the dining room of the hotel to have breakfast but all the tables were occupied. There was a gentleman that was dining alone and he asked us to join him at his table. He shared many memories and tales and welcomed us as family. He only introduced himself as Tim.

Later in the day, as luck would have it, we met up with Tim again and had a chance to browse his wares. We were in the market for a fine new bow for my youngest daughter and Tim had several that fit her desires. She was taken to the front of the shooting lanes and treated like royalty. Tim made her traditional archery life a positive one. He also made a positive impact on us. Truly a classic.
