Yes Charlie.It is.It is in the bottom of a canyon at the base of the mountain,but still about 5,500".Usually,they have moved up to the top of the mountain by now,which is up to 10,000',but not always.There are cliffs on each side and a beautiful,little mountain stream,just off the road.If they are in these foothills,they come down to water.I saw one on the cliffs,just above the road where he is,in late May.I thought he'd be up in the high country by now but this is probably him.
