Sam, do you think the 62" bow will handle a 31" draw length? Finger pinch?

Thanks for the information Sam.
When you get that Ember I would like to hear your assessment of it as well. I can't find any good photos of the takedown system and wanna see what it looks like. I appreciate your willingness as a test pilot!
Was your Aoudad hunt on private property? I'm not trying to horn in on your hunting place I was only wondering if the hunt was Outfitted or what? As exotics they can be hunted year round correct? Any tags involved or just a TX Hunting Liscense?
Just thinking about what pennies I need to save up for a hunt like that.
Thanks again.

One other thing is I wish the limb core on the Black Ridge was bamboo like the Ember limbs are but the maple core limbs shoot just fine...
Should be fine with a 31in draw , I draw a full 30in and hold at anchor from 2-10 seconds most shots. I don’t get any feeling of finger pinch , I have always just shot 64-70in longbows but am doing good with the 62in...
I’m hunting on private land ( friends places ) so I’m very fortunate to have such good friends that let me hunt. The cost of good free range exotic hunting in Texas is for the most part very expensive to say the least. You can put in for some draw hunts through TP&W that cost very little if you get drawn. I have tried for several years to find places for others to hunt and every time the cost is more than a good elk hunt if not more....
